Arlene shared on Instagram Live that their home is safe, though their guest house had minor fire damage. Powerless due to the Palisades fire, they’re using a gas generator and camper for cooking and charging devices. Arlene is focused on keeping Dick warm and entertained without Wi-Fi. Despite challenges, Dick feels most comfortable at home. Last month, they safely evacuated from the Franklin fire with neighbors’ help, and Van Dyke confirmed their safety on Facebook.
