He Asked Her How Many Men She Had Been

At some point in any relationship, we’re likely to ask our partner certain questions. These may range from hypothetical scenarios about what they would do if something happened to us, to more personal inquiries about their past.

One common question that often arises early in a relationship is about the number of past partners each person has had. While it’s not always an easy conversation to have, it tends to come up.

In the following joke, both the man and the woman ask each other this very question—though it’s taken to an exaggerated, humorous extreme. You’ll see what happens at the end, and I’m sure it’ll leave you laughing.

A newlywed couple is lying in bed when the husband asks his wife how many men she has dated. She doesn’t respond and just stares at the ceiling.

The husband presses on, saying, “Come on, just tell me. How many men have you been with? It’s okay, I’ll understand.” Still, the wife remains silent, eyes fixed above.

“I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to upset you,” he says, realizing his words might have made her uncomfortable. “I thought we could have an open and trusting relationship.”

Despite his attempts to reassure her, his wife continues to stay quiet. He finally gives in, saying, “Alright, it’s fine. Please don’t be upset.”

Yet, the wife doesn’t respond to his gestures of comfort. In an effort to bring them closer, the husband wraps her in a hug and kisses her tenderly, holding her close.

At last, after some time, the wife turns from staring at the ceiling to face her husband with a look of frustration. With a touch of exasperation, she exclaims, “Oh, come on! You’ve made me lose count!”

Massive 7.5-magnitude Earthquake Triggers Tsunami AlertA powerful 7.5-magnitude earthquake struck off the southern coast of Argentina early this morning, triggering tsunami warnings for parts of southern Chile and Antarctica. The quake occurred about 200 kilometers south of Puerto Williams at a depth of 10 kilometers, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. At least four aftershocks followed, prompting emergency responses across the region. Chilean officials warned that tsunami waves could reach up to nine feet in the Magallanes Region, while waves as high as three feet could hit coastal areas of Antarctica. Evacuations began in towns like Punta Arenas, where residents and their pets were urged to seek higher ground. President Gabriel Boric, a native of the region, assured citizens that all state resources had been mobilized. The Magallanes Region, though sparsely populated, is particularly vulnerable due to its closeness to the earthquake’s epicenter. Chile, located along the seismically active Pacific Ring of Fire, has a long history of major quakes, including the record-breaking 1960 Valdivia earthquake. This latest event has reignited concerns about disaster preparedness in remote areas. Authorities continue to monitor wave activity and aftershocks as they assess potential damage. While no injuries or fatalities have been reported, emergency services remain on high alert. Residents are being asked to follow official updates and stay clear of coastal zones until all tsunami threats are ruled out. — Chilean Coast On High Alert
