Lip reader reveals what Astronomer’s ex-CEO Andy Byron told Kristin Cabot after Coldplay kiss cam moment

FOXBOROUGH, MASSACHUSETTS: The Coldplay concert in Foxborough, Massachusetts was meant to be a night of music and celebration, but it turned into a public relations nightmare for Astronomer former CEO Andy Byron and chief people officer Kristin Cabot.

Now, a lip reader has decoded what Byron allegedly said moments after the duo appeared on the stadium’s kiss cam.

The video, which racked up over 50 million views, shows Andy Byron and Kristin Cabot in what many have described as an intimate moment just before Coldplay frontman Chris Martin directed attention toward them. As the crowd’s eyes turned to the screen, the two executives quickly recoiled.

Byron ducked down behind a barrier while Cabot covered her face with both hands.

A professional lip reader after analyzing the viral footage, according to The Mirror, claimed Byron muttered, “F**ing hell, it’s me” in disbelief upon realizing the spotlight was on him. This prompted Martin to say, “Alright, come on, you’re ok,” before adding, “Oh, what? Either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy.”

In an exclusive chat with The Mirror, body language expert Judi James explained, “Perhaps the worst thing about their body language here is that they made themselves into human catnip for social media by reacting so violently rather than just trying to style it out. Any interest was only created when they both went into a very furtive-looking flight mode rather than laughing as though they’d just been indulging in a little playful wrestle.”

“Instead, they look like they’ve been tasered,” James remarked. She continued, “Her mouth flies open when she presumably catches sight of herself on the big screen, and she performs an instant and very seminal hide gesture by placing both hands over her face in a cut-off ritual.”

“She also turns her back, prompting even more lingering interest. His reaction is slower. He’s still looking at the screen while she’s hiding and his hands hang frozen in mid-air,” James added.

The candid remark, though brief, seems to confirm the panic behind the sudden reaction and may provide insight into why the video went explosively viral.
